Former Zamalek Star Attacks Shikabala
Ahmed Dweidar, a former Zamalek star, believes that Mahmoud Abdel-Razek Shikabala, the captain of the white team, has not played a role in solving Zamalek's problems recently.
Dweidar stated in remarks through MBC Masr channel: "I want to ask Shikabala where have you been regarding what has been happening in Zamalek for the last two years? You are the captain of the team and you are supposed to have a role both on and off the field."
He added: "You have no role on the field nor off it. Being the team captain is not just about the armband; you have been taking money for two years, so where is your role?"
It is worth noting that Zamalek is currently in third place in the league standings with 40 points and the white knight is playing today against Ceramica Cleopatra in the fifth round of the decisive stage of the league.
