Egyptian refereeing expert Mohamed Kamal Reesha spoke about the incident involving Sergei Savic, the Al-Hilal midfielder, during his team's match against Al-Khaleej in the Roshan Saudi League on Thursday.

It is noteworthy that Al-Hilal won the match against Al-Khaleej with a score of three goals to none, with Salem Al-Dosari scoring two goals and Serbian Alexander Mitrovic scoring one goal.

During the match, Savic received a yellow card in the 37th minute for his challenge on Al-Khaleej player Saeed Al-Hamsal, but the decision angered Al-Khaleej players who demanded the expulsion of the Al-Hilal player.

In this regard, Reesha stated in comments that Savic's challenge on the Al-Khaleej player was not excessively forceful; it was a reckless act, not violent play.

Reesha agreed with the referee's decision to issue Savic a yellow card rather than a red card, and pointed out that the referee managed the match well.
