Reports have confirmed that the officials of Zamalek Club have decided to postpone the file of extending the contract of Tunisian player Hamza Al-Mathlouthi, which expires at the end of the current season.

According to the reports, the Zamalek Club's board of directors is considering postponing the extension of Hamza Al-Mathlouthi's contract until the end of the current season.

The reports clarified that the decision by Zamalek's management is aimed at assessing the team's needs in the upcoming period and the requests of the head coach before the start of the new season.

Sources added that Al-Mathlouthi's contract with Zamalek ends at the end of the current season, in addition to his absence from the team for the rest of the season due to an injury to his cruciate ligament.
