Brazilian reports revealed that Matthews Perira, the former Corinthians and Hilal player, moved to the Russian Zenit St. Petersburg in a deal estimated at 16 million euros.

According to the previous agreement between Al Hilal and Corinthians, the leader has the right to obtain 50% of the value of the player's resale, which means 8 million euros will enter his treasures.

Thus, Al -Hilal is recovering in the amount of 31 million Saudi riyals, if the deal is officially completed, which is an unexpected financial gain for the Saudi club.

Pereira joined Al Hilal in the summer of 2021 from West Bromwich Albion for 18 million euros, but he left last July for 5 million euros.

This step is an important economic opportunity for Al -Hilal, as it benefits from his previous investments despite the player's departure, to achieve a great financial return without the need to re -negotiate.
