Zamalek coach Swiss Christian Gross spoke about the Whites' victory over the Black Bulls and their qualification to the quarter-finals of the African Confederation Cup.

Zamalek defeated the Black Bulls with a score of 3-1 in the fifth round of the group stage of the African Confederation Championship.

Gross stressed that Zamalek deserved to win in today's match.

Gross added in the press conference after the match: “We controlled the course of events and translated the control into goals, and things become easy after scoring the first goal.”

He continued: “I am waiting to know the competitor that will face Zamalek after the end of the last round of the group stage, and I am happy with the performance, and I see that Zamalek has the ability to provide more distinguished levels than that in the coming period.”

He continued: “I spoke calmly with the players between the two halves of the match in order to correct some mistakes and assured the players that if these instructions are implemented, we will score, and this is what I told the players.”

He continued: “I will see the goal that Zamalek conceded in the match again in order to find out the mistake and remedy it in the coming period.”
