The coach said about the young man’s participation. Rio Ngomoha: "I think he showed the fans what we saw when he trained with us. It's always nice for him to show that the first time you play [at Anfield]. A win for him means it's a special day."

And about Federico Chiesa Who scored his first goal in a Reds jersey: “Appearing for the first time is special and scoring the first goal is special. He went through a difficult time in the first half of the season - he was not always training with us because of his physical fitness.”

He continued: “It was a good match and a good moment, although there was no emotion because we only played against a second-class team.”
