Curtis Jones Considers Leaving Liverpool
Wednesday 29-04-2026
The transfer market specialist journalist 'Fabrizio Romano' revealed that Liverpool player Curtis Jones is considering leaving the team during the upcoming summer transfer window, as no agreement has been reached to renew his contract so far.

Romano explained that negotiations between the player and the club are currently stalled, despite his contract extending until the summer of 2027, with interest from clubs in the Premier League, as well as Inter Milan.

According to journalist Paul Joyce, Jones is dissatisfied with his lack of playing time, having played most of his matches this season as a substitute, and being deployed in positions other than his primary midfield role.

The player has also started only two of the last 12 matches in his preferred position, increasing his dissatisfaction with his role within the team.

With Liverpool seeking to sign new midfield players, such as Adam Wharton, and increased competition within the squad, Jones may consider leaving if he does not receive assurances about his primary role in the next season.
