Eritrea national team. The national team is known by the nickname 'Red Sea Stars' and plays its matches at Asmara International Stadium. The Eritrean Football Federation was established in 1996, and since then the team has been striving to achieve accomplishments in African tournaments. The team has not achieved significant success at the international level, but it aspires to improve its performance and compete strongly in the future.
