Veteran Cameroonian striker Eric Maxime Choupo-Moting has joined American club New York Red Bull.

The club said it had signed the 35-year-old German-born player. On a two-year contract.

The player joined New York Red Bull on a free transfer after his contract with Bayern Munich expired last summer.
