MC Algiers announced that Tunisian Khaled Ben Yahia would assume the position of coach of the team, succeeding Patrice Baumel.
Boummel left his position after Mouloudia of Algiers lost to Al Hilal of Sudan in the African Champions League.
Ben Yahia will have his second experience with Mouloudia Algiers, where he previously led them technically from September 2021 until June 2022.
