Latest developments in the health status of Eduardo Bovi

Several Italian media reported that Fiorentina midfielder Eduardo Bovi was discharged from the hospital yesterday, Friday, 12 days after his terrifying fall on the field, during a match in the Italian League between Fiorentina and Inter Milan.

According to several media outlets, Bov left Careggi Hospital on Friday, where he had remained for approximately two weeks since the accident occurred at the Artemio Franchi stadium.

The player has been moved To Carrigi Hospital immediately after he fell on the field in the 17th minute of the Italian League match against Inter Milan, and reports stated that the ambulance took about 10 minutes to reach the medical facility from the stadium.

Bovey has since undergone surgery to have a removable internal defibrillator installed, a necessary part of the protocol that led to his discharge from the hospital on Friday.
