Arsenal leads the race to sign Calafiore
Several clubs want to include Italian international Bologna defender Riccardo Calafiore, after his brilliance with the national team in Euro 2024.
The British newspaper “Daily Mail” said: Arsenal is now leading the race to sign the young player, despite the interest of Juventus, Real Madrid and Chelsea in including him.
Calafiori had expressed his desire to join Juventus and work again with his coach Thiago Motta, But Juventus did not meet Bologna's financial requests.
The Bologna manager had confirmed that Calafiore would leave in large part this summer, stressing that he would not join Juventus.
