Messi congratulates his teammates on the Ballon d'Or awards

The Argentine legend and captain of the American team Inter Miami, Lionel Messi, commented on the victory of his compatriot Emiliano Martinez, the goalkeeper of the English team Aston Villa and the Argentine national team, with the Yashin Award for the best goalkeeper in the world, which is presented by France Football magazine.

Messi published a picture of Emiliano Martinez while receiving the Yashin Award at the Ballon d’Or ceremony, via his account on the social networking platform “Instagram”.

He commented: “Congratulations to all the winners and nominees for the 2024 Ballon d’Or, especially Depo Ingo Martinez, what a wonderful thing, another award for the best goalkeeper in the world, Lautaro, and Alli, great to see them there.”

It is noteworthy that the Ballon d'Or ceremony was held in the French capital, Paris, yesterday evening, to hand out awards for the best in the world, most notably the Golden Ball award that Rodri received.
