Pioli: We will work on the whole team

The Italian Stefano Pioli, the coach of Al-Nasr Club, confirmed that he watched all of the team’s matches during the current season, before starting his career with Al-Alamy.

Al-Nasr Club was, Yesterday evening, Wednesday, he announced his official contract with Italian Stefano Pioli, to take over the task of coaching the team during the current season, succeeding Portuguese Luis Castro, who was dismissed due to poor results.

Pioli said during the press conference, today, Thursday: “I watched all of Al-Nasr’s matches this season, but we have to focus on the future, and the team has the potential to achieve good results.”

He added: “We will work on the entire team and on all existing capabilities, and we will build the game and will not wait for the way the opposing team plays.”

He continued his speech: “The upcoming matches will teach me the team’s capabilities and where the negatives and positives are, and we hope to provide good results.”

He continued: “I am looking for new experience. I have coached in Italy for 25 years and now I want a new beginning. I thank Al-Nasr, which has a strong ambition. I have received many offers, but Al-Nasr’s offer is... That attracted me.”
