Mido: We are all waiting for implementation on the ground

Ahmed Hossam Mido, the former Zamalek and Egyptian national team player, commented on the meeting of the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association with the clubs, yesterday, in the presence of Mahmoud Al-Khatib, President of Al-Ahly Club, and Hussein Labib, President of Zamalek Club.

Mido wrote on his account on the social networking site “X”: “The results of the Club Association meeting yesterday are good and indicate that there is a real intention to change for the better. We are all waiting for implementation on the ground.”

The former Ismaily and Zamalek coach added: “We pray that God will grant the officials success in all their decisions to return Egyptian football to its natural position and to put the interest of Egypt above the interest of any person or any other entity. Egypt is above all.”
