Al-Wahda coach: We will play the Al-Ittihad match without any pressure
Sunday 15-09-2024

German Josef Zinnbauer, coach of the Saudi Al-Wahda Club, confirmed that he is not afraid of facing Al-Ittihad today.

The match between Al-Ittihad and Al-Wahda in the third round of the Saudi Roshen League will start at exactly nine o’clock in the evening, Cairo and Mecca time.

Zinbauer told the Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiya “Moroccan football depends on skills, because Moroccan players play football in the streets, so their skills are high, while Saudi football is dominated by the tactical aspect more than the skills, so it attracted international players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema, to increase the marketing and artistic value of the Saudi League.”

Regarding the Al-Ittihad match, the German coach said: “Facing Al-Ittihad is like any match in the league, but I must take into account the size of the match, as it is the oldest derby in Saudi Arabia, so we studied our opponent well, and got to know the strengths and weaknesses. “And I promise our fans a match they will enjoy against our host.”
