Press reports revealed that Brazilian international Matheus Pinto, Al-Nasr goalkeeper, failed to participate in the team’s group training before facing Al-Ahly in El Clásico.
This came due to Pinto’s delayed return to Riyadh after completing his mission with the Brazilian national team and participating in the South American continent’s qualifiers for the World Cup, during the current international break.
Pinto will join the camp upon his arrival, and will not join the final training sessions to face Al-Ahly, which will be held this evening, Thursday, according to what the Saudi Al-Riyadiya newspaper reported this morning.
Al-Nasr international players returning from the Saudi national team are scheduled to join the team’s training today, and they are Raghed Al-Najjar, Ali Lagami, Sultan Al-Ghannam, Mukhtar Ali, Abdullah Al-Khaibari, Abdul Al-Rahman Gharib and Muhammad Maran.
