Al-Ghandour said on the “Al-Mehwar” channel: “In the last few hours, the player received an offer from one of the Romanian clubs to include him, but the White Council quickly intervened to close this door.”

He continued: “The mediator notified the Romanian club that any negotiation or contract with the player would be a reason for filing a complaint against them with FIFA, because the player signed the agreement to transfer him to Zamalek.”

He concluded: “Zamalek reserved its right to communicate through an intermediary, in addition to publishing a picture of the player on the official page and announcing his signing of the agreement and the arrival of his international card, as there is communication with Bubindza to determine the date of his arrival in the coming hours.”
