Moussa Diaby, the Saudi Al-Ittihad player, expressed his happiness at achieving a victory over Al-Khuloud, 1-0, in the first round of the Saudi League.

Diaby said on the “Our League Ghare” program: “It was important that we start well, in the first match in the league, against a distinguished team like Eternity.”

He added: “We worked well in the preparation camp, and we succeeded in achieving victory, and this is the most important thing... and the team’s ambition is to achieve titles.”

He continued: "The match was not easy, and we scored in the last minutes, and we are happy with the result... and our goal is to continue with the same mentality during the upcoming matches."

He concluded: “The next confrontation will be in Jeddah in front of our fans, and we will enter it with the same determination. We have a wonderful group with great potential, and we must focus on finishing the opportunities well.”
