Reports: A financial obstacle hinders Mane’s transfer to Al-Ittihad
The transfer of Al-Nasr star Sadio Mane to Al-Ittihad was not completed during the current summer Mercato due to a financial obstacle.
The Saudi Al-Riyadiya newspaper said that Al-Ittihad offered Al-Nassr only 5 million euros from Sadio Mane's annual salary during his loan period from Al-Alamy.
The agreement stipulates that the Senegalese star will be loaned to Al-Ittihad Club for one season only.
Al-Nasr did not agree to Al-Ittihad’s offer, as the Al-Alamy management wanted the two clubs to share the value of the salary. Mane, which is estimated at 40 million euros.
Al-Nasr is currently trying to reach an agreement with the management of Al-Ittihad Club.
