Zaha reappears among the Etihad's concerns

Media reports indicated that Al-Ittihad Club has returned interest in contracting with Ivorian Wilfried Zaha, the Turkish Galatasaray player, during the current summer transfer market.

Al-Ittihad officials are seeking, To strengthen the ranks of the Al-Jeddawi team with strong deals during the summer Mercato in preparation for the next season.

The Qatari Al-Kas channel reported, through its account on the social networking site “X”, that Al-Ittihad Club places Wilfried Zaha as one of the main options in the attacking wing position.

The channel stated that Al-Ittihad Club will begin official negotiations to include Zaha if it is able to market Italian defender Luiz Felipe.

For his part, Saudi journalist Muhammad Al-Bukairi denied that Al-Ittihad had any interest in including Zaha this summer.

Al-Bukairi said through his account on the “X” social media platform, that Zaha is not among Al-Ittihad Club’s options.

He confirmed that the Union’s management is about to finalize two new deals in the positions of defender and winger.
