Otavio: Al-Nasr did not have the money to sign me
The Portuguese Otavio, the Al-Nasr midfielder, revealed the details of the Saudi club’s negotiations to contract with him, during last year’s summer transfer market.
Otavio said in his speech: “I had An offer, and the penalty clause was less, and I was told, “You will not go out,” so I said, “Okay, I will not go.”
He continued: “I knew that Al-Nasr Club did not have the money to sign me, so I stayed there training all week in Porto.”

Otavio added: “Then Al Hilal signed the Brazilian Neymar, and when any club (one of the Investment Fund clubs) receives additional money, others must also receive more.”
He continued: “Al-Nasr received 60 million euros and then they made a new offer.”
