Aubameyang: In the Saudi League, I will continue scoring
Gabonese Pierre Aubameyang spoke about his move to Al-Qadisiyah during the current summer transfer period, stressing that he is happy and excited to embark on his new experience in Saudi Arabia.
Aubameyang signed a two-season contract with Al-Qadisiyah, until the summer of 2026, coming from French Olympique Marseille.
Aubameyang said in his statements: “I express my overwhelming happiness and great enthusiasm for being here. I am very excited to get to know the team and the technical staff and discover this wonderful country.”
He continued: “I have noticed remarkable progress in recent years. The Saudi League has witnessed some improvements that have made the competition strong.”
He added: “We are undoubtedly here to raise the level. I have a challenge to continue what I have achieved throughout my football career by scoring goals and passing on my experiences to the players.”
He concluded: “I look forward to seeing my new teammates as soon as possible. I will do my best to score goals and perform strongly.”
