Felix Nmecha, a player for Borussia Dortmund, expressed his happiness at the 2-1 victory over Elversberg, after scoring both of his team's goals in the match that took place in the 9th round of the Bundesliga. He emphasized the importance of the win before the international break, given the pressure of matches and the fatigue that players have suffered over the past weeks.

Nimisha said: "It wasn't perfect, but I am very grateful. I think we played a good match. The opponent also had good periods, and that must be acknowledged, but in the end, we managed to get through it and achieve a very important victory. The match wasn't easy; they play very good football, they are a brave team that moves freely and doesn't lose the ball much, and they really performed well."

He added: "It wasn't easy for us after a tough period with a lot of travel and intense weeks of matches. This was the last match before the break, so I see that winning was a good thing. There are some things we can improve, but in such matches, the goal is simply to win, collect the three points, and reach the international break, then regain focus again."

He continued: "I felt that they gave their all, and we did the same. I think we imposed our control more and created a lot of chances, and perhaps we could have scored a third or fourth goal, but our performance was good. The opponent also had some good periods, and in the end, I am very happy."

Nemisha revealed his impression regarding the powerful shot from which he scored one of his goals, saying: "I don't know, but I struck the ball hard. It might have reached a speed of 100 or 120 kilometers per hour or thereabouts," before measurements revealed that the shot's speed reached 124 kilometers per hour.

Gregor Kobel, Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper, praised the power of his teammate's shot, saying: "Not bad, 124 kilometers per hour, that was the speed of the shot. Felix is a world-class player, so I don't have much to say."

When asked if Nmecha shoots with that power during training as well, Kobel jokingly replied: "No, definitely not. I mean, I stand in goal too! I think he shoots that way maybe because I save hard during training."

Nmeisha discussed the intense weeks leading up to the international break, highlighting the importance of Borussia Dortmund's last three matches. They faced Bayern Munich, then had a good game against Real Betis, before finishing the phase with a win over Elversberg.

He said: "The period has been very intense, but the last three matches have been very important for us, as we know it is never easy to play against Bayern Munich. Then we had a good match against Real Betis, and the win today was important for the team. I think it has been a good phase."

He concluded: "What we can do better next time is to handle the start of these periods differently, after we drew the first two matches and lost one. It is important that we come back here as soon as possible and be mentally ready again."
