Goalkeeper Jesús Ouno of Andorra has issued his first official statement following the death of Jesús de Miguel, Tenerife striker, who succumbed to serious injuries sustained during a direct collision between them in the match. He expressed his deep sorrow over the tragedy.

Ouno said in his statement: "These are the most difficult days of my life. I find it hard to find the words, and it is very difficult for me to comprehend everything that has happened."

He added: "I feel immense pain due to the loss of Jesus, and I think of him and his family and all the people who love him."

The goalkeeper continued: "I know there are many questions that need to be discussed, and I will face whatever comes with the necessary respect, but right now, quite frankly, I can't think of anything else but Jesús and the pain we are going through."

Diego Miguel has tragically passed away at the age of 30 following a serious injury sustained during a clash with Ouno in the match between Tenerife and Andorra. He was taken to the hospital, where he died on Tuesday morning.
