Al-Hilal face absences against Shabab Al-Ahli in AFC Champions League Elite

Al-Hilal face a player absence crisis ahead of their upcoming match against Shabab Al-Ahli, as they will be without several of their players for the fixture scheduled for Tuesday evening at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.

Al-Hilal host their Emirati rivals in the fourth round of the league stage of the AFC Champions League Elite, aiming to continue their positive results and secure three more points.

Cristian Samperville will miss Al-Hilal due to suspension, while the team will also be without Gabriel Martinelli and Salem Al-Dawsari due to injury.

In another development, Rúben Neves' participation is in doubt after he missed the recovery training session that the team held yesterday, raising questions about his readiness for the match.

The coaching staff led by Italian Simone Inzaghi is awaiting clarity on Rúben Neves' physical and technical condition before making a final decision on his potential involvement against Shabab Al-Ahli.

Inzaghi and his coaching staff are preparing alternative options to compensate for potential and confirmed absences, aiming to enter the match with the best possible lineup and achieve victory in the continental tournament.
