Bayer 04 Leverkusen announces Kenit Aishorn's return to training after long absence

Bayer 04 Leverkusen have received positive news regarding their young player Kenit Aishorn, who has returned to training and started working individually on the pitch after a long absence due to a health issue.

Aishorn underwent specialized medical examinations last summer, which revealed that he was suffering from a metabolic disorder. This required him to undergo treatment and forced him to stop playing football for a long period.

Simon Rolfes, Bayer 04 Leverkusen's sporting director, said: "We are very happy to have Kenan back here and his ability to work individually on the pitch. We will support his rehabilitation process step by step, and we will accompany him intensively during this phase."

He added: "There is currently no specific timeframe for his return to team training."

The club continues to monitor the player's condition and rehabilitation gradually, without setting a date for his return to team training, as they await his physical readiness after a period of absence.
