Díaz linked to a swap deal between Real Madrid and Liverpool
Real Madrid are considering a swap deal with Liverpool as they aim to sign Argentine midfielder Alexis Mac Allister, according to reports including The Week.
Real Madrid are looking to reduce the high financial demands that Liverpool may set for the sale of Mac Allister by including one of their players in the deal, which would help facilitate negotiations between the two parties.
The list of names nominated for the operation includes Moroccan Brahim Díaz, alongside French Eduardo Camavinga and English Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Real Madrid's coaching staff sees Mac Allister as a suitable option to strengthen the midfield, due to the additional balance he can provide and his ability to organize play.
However, the idea of the deal is still within the realm of options and speculation regarding the transfer market for the 2026-2027 season, and it has not yet turned into an official offer from the Real Madrid management.
