AS FAR Rabat lose Aït Orkhan against COD Meknès due to injury

Khalid Ait Orkhan, a player for AS FAR Rabat, will miss his team's match against COD Meknès, scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, in the Professional League, due to an injury he sustained to his right leg and ankle.

AS FAR Rabat announced in an official statement released late on Friday that medical examinations revealed the player has sustained an injury that requires following a specific treatment protocol to avoid any potential complications. This has led the coaching staff to exclude him from the matchday squad, pending the development of his health condition.

In contrast, the statement provided reassuring news regarding Nader Loukmani, confirming that his injury to the right thigh is not a cause for concern, indicating that he continues to train normally with the group, which keeps the possibility of his participation against COD Meknès alive.

These developments come ahead of the match in which AS FAR Rabat will visit COD Meknès, who are at the top of the league table with 10 points, ahead on goal difference from Ittihad Tanger in second place.

The military team aims to build on their recent victory against Ittihad Tanger to continue progressing in the league table, but they will face a tough test against COD Meknès, who have shown impressive results and performances since the start of the season.
