Pedri: We missed the speed of ball circulation, and the league isn't decided in the clásico

Pedri, a player for FC Barcelona, spoke about his team's loss to Real Madrid in the clásico, admitting that the team did not deliver the expected performance, especially during the first half, and emphasizing the need to correct mistakes and focus on upcoming matches.

Pedri said: "Overall, we did not deliver a great match. In the first half, we were not ourselves, and there were things we missed that we could have done better. In the second half, we equalized and performed better, but their second goal came from a counter-attack that we did not defend well."

He added: "We lacked the speed of ball circulation; we were too slow in the first half, and we made a lot of naive mistakes in losing the ball, and against these teams we pay the price for that. We need to improve to continue progressing."

He continued: "It's three points. We wanted to win the clásico in front of our fans, but the season is still long. It's a match we all wanted to win to dedicate the victory to our supporters, but that didn't happen. We leave feeling sad, but we have to think about the next match."

He concluded his statements by saying: "The league is still very long, and the journey is not over; the league is not decided here."
