Club Africain hold TP Mazembe to a draw in their own backyard in CAF Champions League

Club Africain secured a valuable draw against TP Mazembe in Congo, finishing 1-1 on Saturday in the first leg of the CAF Champions League second round at the Lubumbashi Stadium.

Mazembe started the match strongly, taking the lead in the 37th minute through Josue Kazima, but the Tunisian team responded quickly, as Alain Kanté equalized just one minute later with a stunning shot that found the back of the net, bringing the match back to square one.
