Arteta reveals injury to Zubimendi and Hincapié

Arsenal have received a worrying blow during their training session, with manager Mikel Arteta confirming that Martin Zubimendi and Piero Hincapié have suffered injuries during the training session held after their match against Leeds United.

Arteta explained that the injuries occurred during a training session dedicated to players who had not received enough playing time in the match, noting that the team has lost the services of players in two positions he described as very unfortunate.

The Spanish coach stated: "We had a training session after the match for the players who did not get enough minutes, and during two very unfortunate situations, we lost players."

Zubimendi, the Spanish midfielder, and Hincapié, the Ecuadorian defender, missed Arsenal's open training session after suffering potential injuries during recovery training following their match against Leeds United, raising concerns about their physical readiness.

Mikel Arteta has not yet revealed the nature of the injury for any of the players or the expected duration of their absence, awaiting clarity on their conditions and updates from the club in the coming period.
