Reda Shahat warns Al Ahly of this matter

Reda Shahat, former Al Ahly FC star, has issued a warning to the red club before their match against Zamalek SC in the Egyptian League. He emphasized that a draw or loss for the Red Devils against the Whites in the upcoming derby, scheduled for this Sunday, would pose a significant problem for the red team, given the fierce competition for the top spot in the league this season.

Hossam Shahta, in his television talk on "On Sport" channel, pointed out the changing landscape of the competition in the Egyptian League, confirming that the battle for the title is no longer a traditional two-horse race between Al Ahly FC and Zamalek SC but has extended to include Pyramids FC as an influential third force. He explained that this new reality increases the pressure on the red team in the big matches, as losing any points now poses a real threat to their ambitions of securing the championship, making victory an absolute necessity.

Al Ahly FC fans may accept the team's lack of top performance during the match, but achieving a positive result remains crucial to avoid an early crisis, especially given the strength of the competition in the Egyptian League.

Reda Shahat believes Al Ahly FC enters the summit clash under increased pressure due to the lack of a clear playing identity under coach Al-Hussein Amouta. He explained that the match against Zamalek SC is of utmost importance as it serves as a crucial test, where the red team is not only looking for three points but also facing a critical challenge to deliver a strong and convincing performance that will help them regroup in one of the most important phases of the season.
