FC Barcelona receives positive news regarding Eric García's injury

FC Barcelona have received positive indications regarding Eric García's condition after he underwent a medical examination on his left knee, following his departure from the Spain national team camp due to pain he felt before the match against England.

According to "Mundo Deportivo", FC Barcelona will not issue a medical decision regarding Eric García's condition, as tests sent by the Spanish Football Federation confirmed there is no injury, meaning his absence from the match is merely a precautionary measure.

Eric García visited the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper on Monday morning, where the medical staff of FC Barcelona reviewed the tests he underwent with the national team. He underwent an additional examination that confirmed that avoiding risk is the best option at this time.

Eric García suffered a blow during warm-ups before the match between England and Spain, which ended in a victory for Spain. He is expected to have enough time to recover, especially since FC Barcelona will not return to training until Monday, October 5.

FC Barcelona will host Getafe on Saturday, October 10, at 7:30 PM, in their first match after the international break. There are indications that Eric García may recover from knee pain before the match.
