Reports: Disputes within Algeria national team over Hamdani's tactical choices

Ibrahim Hamdani faces a tough start with the "Greens" as reports have emerged about some players being dissatisfied with several of his tactical decisions during his first camp, following the departure of Swiss coach Vladimir Petković.

Rayan Aït-Nouri has been at the center of controversy after reports emerged that he refused to enter the pitch as a substitute during Algeria's match against Zambia, which ended in a 3-1 victory for the 'Greens'.

Reports did not only focus on the incident involving Rayan Aït-Nouri, as Algerian reports, citing analyst Chaïb Kahloul, revealed that there were other players who did not accept some of Hamdani's decisions during the match, although their ways of handling those situations differed.

According to the same source, the winger Anis Hadj Moussa did not accept the decision to remain on the bench, with Mohamed Bashir Beloumi being played instead. However, the player, according to the same account, did not confront the coaching staff and did not act in the manner attributed to Rayan Aït-Nouri.

Chouaib Kahloul pointed out that Mohamed Amine Amoura was not happy with the decision to substitute him during the match, especially after contributing with two assists, but he quickly handled the situation, as he made sure to greet coach Ibrahim Hamdani after leaving the pitch.

The Algerian national team's coaching staff faces an additional challenge in managing the group and maintaining discipline, especially with the beginning of a new phase under the leadership of Hamdani.
