Esperance Tunis sets date for its ordinary general assembly for the last three seasons

Esperance Tunis has announced the date for its ordinary general meeting to review the literary reports, financial statements, and financial management reports for the last three sporting seasons.

The club clarified, in an official statement published today, Tuesday, that the session will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, starting at 4 PM, at Ramada Plaza Hotel in the Gammarth area, to discuss reports related to the seasons 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026.

Registration for the session will open at 14:30 in the hotel lobby, with the session officially starting at 16:00.

If the required quorum of a simple majority of members is not met, a second ordinary general meeting will be held on the same day and at the same place, and it will be legal regardless of the number of attendees.

Esperance Tunis has confirmed that participation in the general assembly is limited to members holding one of the membership cards for the mentioned three seasons.
