Zed draw with Djibouti Telecom and qualify for the 32nd round of the Confederation Cup

Zed drew with Djibouti Telecom 1-1 in the match that took place this evening, Saturday, in the second leg of the preliminary round of the African Confederation Cup, securing their place in the round of 32 of the competition.

Zed secured a big win over Djibouti Telecom in the first leg with four goals without reply, advancing to the next round with an aggregate score of 5-1 over the two legs.

Abdallah Bakri scored an own goal for Djibouti Telecom in the 8th minute, before Zed equalised through Abdul Rahman Al-Banoubi in the 26th minute.

With this result, Zed qualify for the Round of 32 of the Confederation Cup, and they are set to face their opponent Azam United from Tanzania in a tough and strong encounter.
