Al-Sadd secure deal for Brozović

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, who specializes in transfer news, has revealed that Croatian star Marcelo Brozović has reached an agreement to join Al-Sadd during the current transfer window.

Romano wrote on his account on the "X" platform: "Marcello Brozović has agreed to sign a one-year contract with Al-Sadd in Qatar."

He added: "The agreement with the Croatian midfielder will also include an option to extend the contract until 2028."

Romano explained that Al-Sadd are currently preparing to complete the official procedures and documentation related to the transfer, which will be a free transfer, following the player's departure from Al-Nassr this summer.

Brozović's transfer is expected to be a strong addition to Al-Sadd, given the vast experience the Croatian player possesses at the international level and with major European clubs.
