Yamal: Proud to wear the captain's armband for Barcelona, and this is our biggest goal

Lamine Yamal, a player for FC Barcelona, spoke at the press conference before the match against Feyenoord in the first round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League, held at Spotify Camp Nou. He discussed his ambitions with the team, along with several topics related to his performance and his teammates.

Speaking about winning the UEFA Champions League, Lamine Yamal said: "It is the biggest goal, and there is no greater motivation than that. We are all motivated, and the title is present in our minds."

Speaking about his goals with FC Barcelona, Lamine Yamal added: "On a collective level, titles and the UEFA Champions League. On an individual level, development. That is my goal."

Regarding the pressure after losing the ball, he continued: "Those who win titles all press. You have to run, no matter who you are. If you don't run, you lose."

Regarding the Ballon d'Or, he stated: "It's not up to me, it's up to you. The work I've done with FC Barcelona and the national team has been great. I have a chance to win it, and I've had a great season, but we'll see."

Regarding Kylian Mbappé, he continued: "I don't think I need to campaign. I am proud of what I have done, and I cannot ask for more than that. This is your job, and I will not beg anyone for anything."
