New financial details in Ibrahim Hamdani's contract with Algeria

New details have emerged regarding the financial and sporting aspects of coach Ibrahim Hamdani's contract and his coaching staff, coinciding with the start of a new phase for the Algeria national team under the guidance of the national framework, following his official appointment by the Algerian Football Federation to oversee the "Greens".

According to the same sources, Hamdaní will receive a monthly salary ranging from €25,000 to €30,000, equivalent to about 800 million centimes, while Antar Yahia, who has joined the coaching staff of the national team, will earn a salary between €15,000 and €20,000 per month, which is approximately 600 million centimes.

Reports earlier revealed that the appointment of Hamdani is part of a new project by the Algerian Football Federation, aimed at reshaping the coaching staff of the national team following the departure of Swiss coach Vladimir Petković. The name of Antar Yahia emerged early among the options trusted by the "FAF" officials, to benefit from his administrative and technical experience and his knowledge of the Algerian national team and players.

Hamdaoui's contract is linked to the Africa Cup of Nations Qualification campaign for 2027, placing the national coach under an early test to measure his ability to lead the senior national team, especially after his recent success in guiding the Under-21 team to win the gold medal at the Mediterranean Games "Taranto 2026."

The new coaching staff will face their first official challenge in the upcoming period when Algeria begin their journey in the Africa Cup of Nations Qualification 2027 with a match against Zambia, before traveling to face Burundi, in an early test for Hamdani and Antar Yahia's project with the Algerian national team.
