Officially: Inter announces contract renewal for Pio Esposito

Inter have officially extended Pio Esposito's contract until June 2032, a move that confirms the club's commitment to the Italian forward and secures his future with the team.

Inter have confirmed that Pio Esposito, aged 21, will continue to wear the Nerazzurri shirt under a new contract until June 30, 2032, becoming one of the first players in Serie A to benefit from the new amendments allowing contract extensions of up to six seasons.

Pio Esposito is one of the products of the Inter academy, having joined it in 2014 and progressed through its various stages, before becoming a key player alongside team captain Lautaro Martínez.

The Italian forward returned to Inter in 2025 after spending two seasons on loan at Spezia in Serie B, where he delivered impressive performances under the guidance of Cristian Chivu, who had previously worked with him during his time in the youth teams.

According to "Avs Futebol", Pio Esposito has scored 12 goals and provided 8 assists in 53 official matches for Inter, and he has also netted 5 goals in 9 matches for the Italy national team, with whom he made his international debut in September 2025.

The source indicated that the new contract also includes an improvement in Pio Esposito's salary, which will rise to €2.7 million annually after tax, compared to €1.85 million in his previous contract.
