Roberto De Zerbi, Tottenham's head coach, spoke about his team's goalless draw against Nottingham Forest, expressing satisfaction with the performance despite disappointment with the result. He pointed out his team's ability to improve in the final third.

Roberto De Zerbi said: "I feel disappointed about the result, but I am very happy with the performance. Considering that we started working together for the first time last Thursday, I believe we can improve the final decision and the last pass."

He added: "I remember the situation where Omar Marmoush was shooting, and Andy Robertson was behind him, pushing forward. If we improve our performance in the final third, I believe we can score many goals, because we have players with great quality. It is hard to accept this result now, as I think we played well."

He continued: "We have to work. Because I think we played very well with the ball, and we found solutions. I believe we can be much better in the final third."

Regarding the events of the second half, De Zerbi explained: "I feel sorry because the medical staff asked me to substitute Savio and Destiny Udogie after 60 minutes. Mohammed Kudus and Andy Robertson played very well, but perhaps making those two substitutions at that moment was not a good idea. However, we cannot risk Savio getting injured again, he is very important for us, and the same goes for Destiny."

He added: "Perhaps we lost some balance and some connection. We have to respect Nottingham Forest, as they have always relied on second balls and long balls."

Regarding the injuries within the squad, Tottenham's manager said: "We need to improve in all aspects of football, in organization with the ball and without it. Even today, I think we defended very well, we signed very good players, but you cannot build a team just with names like you do in Football Manager."

Regarding the disallowed goal for Nottingham Forest, De Zerbi concluded his remarks by saying: "I haven't seen the replay, so I can't answer your question."
