Serious injury hits Al-Faisaly.. Eza out for 6 months

Medical examinations have revealed that Ivorian forward Wilfried Eza has suffered a cartilage and cruciate ligament injury to his knee during his team's match against Al-Wehdat.

The team's physiotherapist, Shadi Aasi, explained that Eza suffered a strong blow to the knee area following a clash with an opponent, which forced him to leave the pitch.

Medical examinations revealed damage to the cartilage and cruciate ligament, necessitating the player to undergo surgery in the near future.

Aasi indicated that the initial absence period for such injuries can reach up to six months, in a significant blow to Al-Faisaly.
