Nwaneri to Borussia Dortmund.. medical today

Ethan Nwaneri, the young Arsenal player, is heading to Germany for a medical ahead of his loan move to Borussia Dortmund on the final day of the transfer window, according to David Ornstein.

The transfer will be a direct loan for one season without an option to buy, in a move aimed at giving the 19-year-old player a greater opportunity to participate and gain regular playing minutes.

Borussia Dortmund have moved to sign Ethan Nwaneri following the injury to their new player Yanis Konstantinou, who suffered a torn cruciate ligament. This has prompted the German club to search for an attacking replacement before the transfer window closes.

Ethan Nwaneri is set to undergo a medical examination before the official procedures for his transfer to Borussia Dortmund are completed.
