Borussia Dortmund consider signing Ethan Nwaneri to replace Konstantelias

Borussia Dortmund are considering several options to compensate for the absence of Greek player Giannis Konstantelias, who has suffered a serious injury that will keep him out for several months.

According to information from Sky Germany, Borussia Dortmund's interest is turning towards Englishman Ethan Nwaneri, a player at Arsenal, as the German club is currently looking into the possibility of signing him on loan.

Ethan Nwaneri was among Borussia Dortmund's interests last summer, but the two clubs did not reach an agreement at that time. The 19-year-old player is once again among the options being considered to replace Konstantelias.

Borussia Dortmund are yet to make a final decision on the transfer, as sporting director Lars Ricken and sporting director Öli Bock are considering several other alternatives, with the transfer window closing and time running out for the German club.
