Raja Club secures Adel Bettaieb deal after his stint with Esperance Tunis

Raja Club have successfully reached a final agreement with Tunisian striker Adel Bettaieb, of Moroccan descent, to join the green team during the current summer transfer window. This deal comes after the end of his brief stint with Esperance Tunis.

Raja Club's move comes to take advantage of the player's situation after Esperance Tunis ended their association with him by mutual consent, opening the door for the green club's management to enter into direct negotiations with the Tunisian striker, before reaching an agreement regarding his transfer to Casablanca.

Adel Bettaieb is 29 years old and holds both Tunisian and Moroccan nationalities. He plays as a central striker but is also capable of playing on the left flank, giving him multiple options in attack.

The player has extensive experience in European football, having previously represented several clubs in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Türkiye, and Romania, with his last stop being Argeș Pitești.

Adel Bettaieb posted good numbers during the last season with the Romanian team, as he participated in 41 matches, managing to score 11 goals, along with providing two assists.

The Tunisian striker joined Esperance Tunis last July from Arges Pitesti, but his time at the Tunisian club was short-lived as both parties decided to mutually terminate the contract.

Adel Bettaieb has ended his time with Esperance Tunis due to disputes over the payment of his financial dues, making him a free agent. He has now decided to join Raja Club.
