Bodawi Set to Leave Nice for Saudi Union

Algerian international Hicham Boudaoui is on the brink of leaving French club Nice, with negotiations with a Saudi club nearing their conclusion. This move could mark the end of the midfielder's seven-year stint with the team.

According to French newspaper 'L'Équipe', negotiations between Nice and Al-Ittihad have progressed significantly, and both parties are close to reaching a final agreement regarding Boudaoui's transfer to the Saudi league.

The player, aged 26, has been keenly looking forward to embarking on a new experience during the summer transfer window, a desire that has been welcomed by the Nice management, despite his current contract with the club extending until June 2027.

In a new indication of his impending departure, Bodawi engaged in individual training on Tuesday at Nice's training center, as it appears the player is preparing to close the chapter on his long stint with the French club.
