Barcelona Shows Great Interest in Nicolo Tresoldi
Reports have emerged that Barcelona is showing significant interest in German striker Nicolo Tresoldi, who plays for Belgian side Club Brugge. The 21-year-old is regarded as one of the promising talents within the Catalan club as they seek a new forward to fill the center-forward position.
According to journalist Victor Navarro, Trejo is "very popular" within the corridors of Barcelona, making him one of the options on the management's table.
This interest comes at a time when Barcelona is in urgent need of signing a new striker, especially after the departures of Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres, which has left the team without an experienced forward in the first team. The possibility of signing Argentine Julian Alvarez has also become complicated, as Atletico Madrid appears determined to keep their striker for this season, prompting Barcelona to explore other alternatives.
Reports suggest that Trezoldi, currently playing for Club Brugge and representing the Germany U21 national team, is attracting interest from several European clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea, and Tottenham. AS Roma had made an offer estimated at around €35 million, but it was rejected. It is believed that Club Brugge is asking for between €45 and €50 million to part with their striker.
