Mohamed Soliman, the head coach of Al-Karma, expressed his strong dissatisfaction with the behavior of several players during the match against Mosul last night at the Al-Jawlan Stadium in Anbar, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

The match witnessed a significant attendance, especially as it was the official season opener for the team in front of their supporters, who expected a stronger start given the club's ambitious goals this season.

Sources close to the team confirmed that Solomon made sharp remarks to the players multiple times during the match. Camera footage also captured moments where the coach reprimanded the players for their drop in performance and failure to adhere to tactical instructions.

The coach was betting on achieving a full victory in his first appearance at home and in front of his fans. Therefore, signs of anger appeared on him after dropping points that were within reach.

Sources indicate that Suleiman intends to implement extensive changes to the lineup during the next match. He told those close to him that he was surprised by the performance of some players, expecting a better display, especially since the team underwent an intensive and successful training camp in Egypt, which made them capable of changing their image compared to last season and presenting a stronger version.

In his statements after the match, the coach said:

"I am sad about the result. We were the better team and very close to winning, but we did not capitalize on the opportunities we had. In the end, we came away with a draw, and with all due respect to the Mosul team and their coaching staff led by Haitham Al-Shaboul."

He added: "The league is still long and we have many matches ahead. Our goal is to quickly make amends and deliver football worthy of the name of the club and our wonderful fans who have supported us from the beginning. We apologize to them because we should have won, and we must correct our course as soon as possible."

Al-Karma has executed several new signings this summer based on the wishes of Moamen Soliman, most notably securing the services of Pyramids striker Marwan Hamdi and Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya forward Kahraba Ramadan, alongside a group of standout players from the local league.
