Dortmund Close to Securing Joey Verma's Transfer

Borussia Dortmund is close to finalizing the signing of Dutch midfielder Joey Veerman from PSV, in a new move to strengthen the squad during the summer transfer window.

According to Sky Sports, negotiations between Dortmund and PSV have reached a very advanced stage, with both parties close to finalizing an agreement regarding the player's transfer.

The transfer is estimated to be worth between €22 and €25 million, while 27-year-old Ferman is expected to sign a five-season contract with Dortmund.

Other reports confirm that the transfer is very close to completion after the German club moved to activate the player's release clause.

Ferman is expected to undergo a medical in Dortmund on Monday or Tuesday, paving the way for his official transfer, making the Dutch midfielder one of the standout additions to the team this summer.

Ferman joined PSV Eindhoven in January 2022 and has delivered impressive performances with the club, particularly in playmaking and assists.
